Do you offer mobile services?

Yes we do; Our mobile service cost includes a base charge ($50) plus a location fee calculated after your service address is provided.

What is your cancellation policy

Cancellations are allowed up-to 48 hours to your appointment; any later, deposit will be forfeited.

Deposit will be fully refunded if we change/cancel your appointment due to unforeseen circumstances.

What happens if I am late or miss my appointment?

$10 fee will be incurred every 10 mins. Call if you're running late.

20 mins late is considered a NO-SHOW and will result in your deposit forfeited, appointment canceled and 50% of your outstanding balance must be paid.

How do I confirm my booking?

A non-negotiable fee (50% of your service charge ) is required to confirm an appointment.

Your booking will be cancelled If your E-transfer or on-site payment isn't received 24hrs after your booking.

Do you take bookings outside Nova Scotia?

Yes we are available to travel, however the client is responsible for all travel and accommodation expenses.

Makeup

Do you offer makeup trainings?

Yes, we currently offer 3 training packages which could be customized to suit your preference. Browse the 'Services' tab for more info.

How do I prepare for my appointment?

Ensure your brows are freshly groomed and all unwanted facial hairs removed. Brow grooming during during your session is $10.

Arrive with cleansed skin, exfoliated and moisturized lips.

Are Lashes included in your price?

Yes, we have a variety of lash styles to match your desired look. However, if you have a personal preference, you are welcome to bring yours to your appointment.

Can I get a customized quote for my wedding?

Yes, if non of our bridal packages meet your needs, please send a detailed e-mail to aritbeaute@gmail.com and a quote will be customized,

Hair

Can I bring my wig on the same day of my appointment?

No, your unit should be delivered at-least 48hrs to your appointment to ensure we prep, style and get the unit perfect for your install.

Do you offer hair colouring services?

No, as of now, we only offer hair installs and basic styling. We hope to expand in the near future.

How do I prepare for my appointment?

Arrive with freshly washed, detangled and blown-out hair; we want your scalp to be properly prepped for braiding.

If you have a sensitive scalp/skin, please notify us and you are welcome to bring your personal products if available.

Can I book for makeup and hair in one session?

Yes, we definitely can give you the full package. Keep in mind the duration of the services, therefore, if you have a commitment after your sessions, be sure to plan accordingly.
